You can always rely on Ban from BOSTON STRANGLER, SCAPEGOAT, ANXIETY, PUBLIC TRUST, etc to write an interesting and solid record. This one is another. "WASTE, FRAUD, and ABUSE" is INTENSIVE CARE UNIT's first record release. A 14 track 7" in the vein of early Boston HC like NEGATIVE FX and raging fast band's like LARM.
