The two 7"s Heist put out are the two best records Perth has ever produced. The follow up LP is a little weirder but still has some ferocious tracks. Some of it's straight up powerviolence and some of it's drum machine wankery. Worst fucking artwork in the world but c'mon

Heist were a Hardcore punk / powerviolence band from Perth around with Rupture and Nailed Down, Western Australia. Active in the 1990's. After 2 7"s on Havoc and Ecocentric records this album has a Nirvana vibe to it with that sluggish Psychedelic sound but mixed into Hardcore Violence. First time on vinyl on Hare Ape Production.
