WHOSE REALITY? burst onto the local/domestic radar here in Australia earlier this year with a series of compelling displays turning heads both near and far. R.I.P PEACE are pleased to bring you the debut offering from the 4-piece Melbourne // Naarm based unit in the form of a demo cassette. Featuring members from a healthy variety of down-under and abroad based groups both past and present. The band charge their way through six tracks of blistering hardcore punk enraged by the current state of the world.

From start to finish, it’s aggressively energetic yet dynamic and versatile. Left gasping for air, there’s really no room to breathe. The predominantly hook-heavy guitar work is complimented by memorable bass lines, exhilarating drumming and reverb drenched vocals cohesively coming together as one. Sonically sitting somewhere on the contemporary hardcore punk spectrum between bands like INDRE KRIG and SUBVERSIVE RITE but containing less metal inspired sensibilities when it comes to the latter. Throw in some 2000s/2010s flavour reminiscent of groups such as HERÄTYS and EXIT ORDER whilst evoking strong nods to 80s Swedish and UK hardcore punk. You’re in for a treat.
