Brand new Perth band playing late 70s and early 80s style UK post-punk. One UK ex-pat and two Aussies. 6 tracks. Ex-members of GAFFER, AGITATED, Mt MOUNTAIN. The Gaffer reference is pretty obvious here (especially the demo). Same working class dystopic melancholic vibes. Chris nails the lyrics and vocal delivery too. Overall this has a real distinct hard edge to it characteristic of early UK post punk. It doesn't sound like DEVO or SUBURBAN LAWNS, nor modern gloomy delay drenched US post-punk like POISON RUIN. More like CRISIS, CHELSEA's 'Right to Work' or QUANGO for a modern reference. The title track is the banger. A+
